Refund policy

All sales are final. Upon submitting your application, your organization undergoes an evaluation process. Payment is only requested upon approval. Once payment is completed, your recipient page is generated and your award deliverables are issued. As these services are fully rendered at the time of payment, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
