Congratulations to Golec Music Studio, recognized as a 2026 IABE Regional Excellence Award winner by the International Association for Business Excellence.
Fewer than 1% of businesses evaluated meet the standard required for this recognition. Golec Music Studio earned its place by meeting all five of IABE’s core Excellence Standards — Digital Presence, Customer Reputation, Operational Standing, Industry Tenure, and Professional Integrity — placing the Victor, New York-based music studio among a select group of nationally recognized organizations across the region.
Led by Dr. Beata Golec, Golec Music Studio provides a full range of musical education, including piano, voice, music theory, composition, and early childhood music sessions, along with transcription and arrangement services. The studio also offers extensive performance opportunities for students, from young musicians’ concerts and weddings to corporate events, seasonal celebrations, and recitals at nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Students are supported through competitive preparation as well, including NYSSMA competitions and music theater, collegiate, and graduate auditions.
Beyond education and performance, Golec Music Studio is deeply rooted in community involvement — organizing charity concerts, performing at local fundraising events, and sponsoring both fundraising initiatives and business awards. Dr. Golec’s mission is to inspire and nurture musical talent while offering a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for students of all backgrounds.
Dr. Golec’s dedication to her craft and community has earned her a growing list of honors, including the 2026 Trusted Business Award, the BBB Torch Award for Ethics, and recognition through the Ontario County ATHENA Leadership Awards, along with features in Rochester Woman Magazine, Enterprise World Magazine, and Bold Journey Magazine. This latest IABE recognition reflects that same standard of excellence across the greater Rochester community.
